ICLEAN produces a wide range of Cleanroom compatible doors, meant for air ingression in the room. The door is fitted with mechanically-interlocked vertical edges that add strength and rigidity, making them perfectly suitable for light and heavy use.

Air flow problems have plagued the HVAC industry for years. No matter how much money you spend on a high-quality HVAC system, the equipment won’t work at its best without properly designed and installed ductwork. Ducts that are not well designed result in discomfort, high energy costs, bad air quality, and increased noise levels. A well-designed ductwork system should deliver maximum interior comfort at the lowest operating cost while also preserving indoor air quality.

ICLEAN manufactures Static and Dynamic Pass Boxes, uncompromisingly designed to suit your specific requirements.

Requirements vary from industry to industry. For example, in pharma manufacturing facilities, there must be minimum man & material movement and there is zero room for contamination between the different classified areas. To achieve the desired classification and to maintain the integrity of products and processes, we design the Pass Box to allow material transfer with little personnel movement. It also aids controlling ingress of particulate contaminants into the cleanroom.

A LAF Unit offers proven protection for samples and processes. The work area is continuously supplied with positive pressure. It takes fine technique and understanding to design such units and we at ICLEAN have mastered the making of such equipment.

Unidirectional Air Flow Units are designed for offering the highest product protection by providing ISO Class 5 particle free work area for handling critical processes. LAF offers proven protection for the samples and processes.

The laminarity of the flow prevents cross contamination between the items handled in the working space.

Cleanroom trolley is useful for transporting sterile products under ISO Class 5 (Class 100) particle free work area, which is continuously supplied with positive pressure HEPA filtered circulated horizontal air flow.

Class II cabinets are designed for work or activities involving microorganisms assigned to biosafety levels 1, 2 and 3.

Bio-safety gives Cleanroom personnel the required environmental and product protection. Air flow is drawn around the operator into the front grille of the cabinet. Additionally, the downward laminar flow of HEPA-filtered air provides product protection by minimizing the chance of cross-contamination along the work surface of the cabinet.

The downflow booth operates on a recirculatory airflow principle providing containment by air movement. Within the work area, a clean, constant, laminar downflow of Class 100 air is supplied to suppress any dust clouds generated during open powder processing, removing and capturing airborne particles from the operator’s breathing zone. The prefilters at the base of the rear wall capture the airborne contaminants. The intake velocity at prefilters increases to ensure scavenging effect. The unit is required for the deactivating contaminants from the Personnel protective equipment’s for the persons working in the Potent area’s in Formulation R&D Lab.

The Mist shower should ensure that each and every part of the PPE is exposed to the mist thereby ensuring that the contaminants are adhered to the garment so that they are not easily released in the environment.

Mist shower also prevents risk of spreading even in the areas outside the shower cabinet.

Our Work Tables are manufactured in various designs and shapes, custom made to suit customer's requirements. The construction material is epoxy coated galvanized iron with suitable thickness. The system are designed to be fitted with pedestal system and as per clients specifications. Provision for reagent racks, valves for water and gas along with required electrical connections and any other provisions as required. The system is designed and available with various knee gap models or continous modular styles.
